Alyssa hosted a bridal shower last night at Chez Zee for her friend, Jessalyn. Alyssa had contractions the whole time and even had a glass of wine, for medicinal purposes of course! She finally asked to leave because she was so tired. Once she got home and laid down, she felt better. We thought.
Alyssa had a hard night. Up until midnight, she couldn't get comfortable. CT finally made her a warm bath and that settled things down. Didn't know if it was gas or contractions. Or both! She said this morning she feels like death warmed over.
I think it may have been the yummy cheese spreads from last night.

Alyssa had a pretty good night last night and the contractions have slowed. She is actually sitting downstairs while 2 tile workers are finishing the bathroom floor. She finally lit a fire under them by telling them, "I'm about to go into labor and I need my bathroom!" They finished in 3 hours flat and came back for a few minutes in the evening to do the grout!
I'll post some photos when I figure out how to do it.
Oh, and Oliver stayed at home last night so Grandmommy and Granddad had a great night's sleep!
